DVCC’s Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is made up of high school students across lower Fairfield County. TAB members meet monthly to train as peer educators and plan outreach events for their high schools.
The Teen Advisory Board is committed to transforming communities by equipping young people with the knowledge and tools to build healthy relationships and lead safer lives.

Teens will provide education and resources to their peers, equipping them with the skills needed to foster healthy relationships and recognize the signs of unhealthy relationships.

Teens will develop leadership skills, self-confidence, and a sense of agency as they advocate for positive change in their school and the greater community.

Teens will have a safe place to share and access resources, as well as support individuals impacted by relationship abuse through volunteering, donation drives, and awareness events.
