COUNSELING SERVICES

Short–term individual counseling with survivors of domestic violence help them understand the cycle of abuse, safety planning and effects
of trauma.

Group counseling for adults and children focus on support, empowerment and age-appropriate activity based social emotional learning skills.

Counseling also increases access to community resources, social support and community connections.

Our professional team of counselors provides crisis intervention, safety planning and individual and group counseling in both English and Spanish. Regardless of age, gender, race, culture, religion, sexual identity, socio-economic or educational level, we are here to help.

The benefits of counseling may include stress relief, trauma resolution, increased assertiveness, personal boundaries, healthier relationships, reduced anxiety, greater self-confidence and regaining emotional balance.
