On April 21, the DVCC held its second free civil legal clinic for clients. "Clients keep expressing a significant need for civil legal assistance and guidance, and the feedback has continued to demonstrate that they find the clinic a truly valuable resource," said DVCC Domestic Violence Victim Advocate and Attorney Andrea Dahms. Dahms said the most prevalent issues they need help with are custody, divorce, child support, housing and immigration. The next clinic will be held in late June. The DVCC staff and their clients are most appreciative of the invaluable assistance given by the private attorneys who donate their time and expertise to these clinics.
