DVCC is a strong organization dedicated to ending domestic violence in the communities we serve. To continue to grow, and assist victims as they make their way to safety, we need your help. Donations from community members and local organizations allow us the flexibility to listen to the needs of our clients and shape our services to meet those needs. Each and every donation is critical! We are proud to thank you for your continuing support, or welcome you as a first-time donor at any level.
Your financial contribution to DVCC will:
YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE…DONATE TODAY!
Cash gifts: includes cash, check, credit card, and electronic funds transfers. Did you know you can set up your credit card or checking account to be debited on a regular schedule of your choice? This makes it simple to give to your favorite nonprofit.
Matching Gifts: Please let us know if your employer provides a matching gift and we will file the appropriate paperwork.
Stock/Security gifts: Gifts of long-term appreciated stock or mutual funds offer an easy, tax-efficient way to support DVCC and avoid capital gains tax, as well as receive an income tax deduction for the appreciated value.
Planned Giving/Endowments: By leaving a gift in your will or a gift from your estate, you can continue to help organizations that are making an important difference in the community.
Honorarium/Memorial Gifts: A meaningful way to honor or remember a special person in your life.
Gifts of Real Estate: We will accept many types of real estate gifts. These gifts allow you to avoid capital gains tax and receive an income tax deduction. A gift of real estate is donated to DVCC with the understanding that it will be sold and the proceeds will be used to support our mission, unless the real estate meets a specific need. We reserve the right to refuse a donation of property if it is not in the agency's best interest to accept it.
In Kind Donations: DVCC always appreciates donations of supplies and materials for our SafeHouses, children’s groups and offices.
